Start with a plain text area
A plain comment box, support draft, or simple form field is the best first test. Once that works, try richer browser apps such as CRMs, docs, dashboards, and help desks.
No browser extension is required

When typing beats paste
Paste is fastest when all you need is quick insertion. Text replay is better when the page listens for keypresses, when you need visible typing in a demo, or when you want repeatable QA entries.
If a web app misses characters
Slow the preset down and test a shorter snippet. Some rich editors or remote apps process input more slowly than plain fields. If the field cannot keep up, slower paced replay is usually the first fix.
What it will not do
It does not fill hidden fields, override page rules, solve captchas, or submit forms. It only enters saved text into the browser field you focused, then you decide what to do next.
