Use presets before tuning
Start with Slow, Medium, or Fast instead of changing every timing value. Once the preset feels close, small timing changes are much easier to judge.
Random delay should still feel controlled
The goal is not messy timing. The goal is to avoid the exact same gap between every character while keeping the overall speed predictable. Controlled variation should make the replay easier to watch, not harder to trust.
Where paced delay helps
Use paced delay for demos, browser forms, support replies, docs, QA entries, and repeated text where a rigid pace is harder to follow. It is less important when you only need the fastest possible paste.
If text arrives wrong
Slow the preset down and try a shorter snippet. If the field is a rich web editor or remote app, it may process key events slowly. Confirm the field works before adding optional corrections or long paragraphs.
